Acceptance of Terms *

I, the undersigned, acknowledge and agree to accept the Terms & Conditions set forth by The Sapience LLC (DBA "SAPIENCE"). I understand that all information, including the content available at www.thesapience.com, and any services provided by The Sapience LLC are subject to these Terms & Conditions. I am aware that The Sapience LLC reserves the right to update or modify the Terms & Conditions at any time and will notify me of any changes.

Recurring Charge *

I, the undersigned, hereby agree to participate in the Auto-Pay program, authorizing The Sapience LLC to process recurring charges to my credit card, as provided above. I understand that, should a transaction be declined, a $20.00 penalty fee will apply. Additionally, I acknowledge that a late penalty fee of $20.00 per day will be incurred if payment is not made within two days of the due date or following a declined transaction.

Deposit Policy *

I, the undersigned, acknowledge and agree that all deposits made to The Sapience LLC are non-refundable. By selecting "I Agree" and submitting this form, I authorize The Sapience LLC to process a one-time, non-refundable deposit using the payment information provided above. I understand that once the deposit has been processed, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

Cancellation Policy *

I, the undersigned, acknowledge and agree to the policies stating: We understand that circumstances may change, and you have the flexibility to cancel your subscription at any time. Upon completing 16 weeks of the learning plan, you can initiate the cancellation process by providing a two-week notice. Please note that a 2-week deposit, which you have previously made, will cover the cost of the notice period.

Cancellation Process: Once we receive your cancellation request, our dedicated retention team steps in. They will personally reach out to you to better understand your reasons for cancellation, with the aim of discovering any opportunities for us to address your concerns and retain your account. If, despite our efforts, cancellation is still the preferred course of action, your cancellation will be approved.

Please keep in mind that the cancellation process typically takes 3-4 business days to take effect. Therefore, if you submit a cancellation request on a Tuesday, it may not provide sufficient time to halt your upcoming Saturday payment.

Refund Policy *

I, the undersigned, acknowledge and agree to The Sapience LLC's refund policy, which stipulates that refunds will only be considered in the event that Sapience is unable to provide the purchased service. I understand that this policy is designed to protect both Sapience and its customers, ensuring that refunds are granted in a fair and reasonable manner. By signing this agreement, I confirm that I have read and understood the refund policy outlined above, and I understand that this constitutes a legally binding agreement between myself and The Sapience LLC. I also acknowledge that The Sapience LLC is dedicated to providing a secure, comfortable, and satisfactory experience for all customers, and I am aware that I can contact them with any concerns or questions.
