Cancellation Policy

I, the undersigned, acknowledge and agree to the policies stating: We understand that circumstances may change, and you have the flexibility to cancel your subscription at any time. Upon completing 16 weeks of the learning plan, you can initiate the cancellation process by providing a two-week notice. Please note that a 2-week deposit, which you have previously made, will cover the cost of the notice period.
Cancellation Process: Once we receive your cancellation request, our dedicated retention team steps in. They will personally reach out to you to better understand your reasons for cancellation, with the aim of discovering any opportunities for us to address your concerns and retain your account. If, despite our efforts, cancellation is still the preferred course of action, your cancellation will be approved.
