Acceptance of Terms *

I, the undersigned, acknowledge and agree to accept the Terms & Conditions set forth by The Sapience LLC (DBA "SAPIENCE"). I understand that all information, including the content available at www.thesapience.com/sapiencepolicy , and any services provided by The Sapience LLC are subject to these Terms & Conditions. I am aware that The Sapience LLC reserves the right to update or modify the Terms & Conditions at any time and will notify me of any changes.

Recurring Charge *

I, the undersigned, hereby agree to participate in the Auto-Pay program, authorizing The Sapience LLC to process recurring charges to my credit card, as provided above. I understand that, should a transaction be declined, a $20.00 penalty fee will apply. Additionally, I acknowledge that a late penalty fee of $20.00 per day will be incurred if payment is not made within two days of the due date or following a declined transaction.

Deposit Policy *

I, the undersigned, acknowledge and agree that all deposits made to The Sapience LLC are non-refundable. By selecting "I Agree" and submitting this form, I authorize The Sapience LLC to process a one-time, non-refundable deposit using the payment information provided above. I understand that once the deposit has been processed, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

Cancellation Policy *

By registering, I acknowledge Sapience's Cancellation Policy. I am aware that I can submit a cancellation request anytime and that a Sapience representative will contact me within 3 to 4 business days to address any concerns. If, after collaborative efforts, we proceed with the cancellation, I agree that billing will terminate after the completion of one additional billing cycle post-approval of the cancellation. This is agreed upon with a clear understanding of the policy's terms.

As a registering parent, I acknowledge the importance of a minimum 16-week commitment to Sapience's services for my child to establish a consistent learning routine and develop cognitive skills. I understand that discontinuing the services before completing the recommended period may lessen the tutoring's effectiveness and overall educational benefit. I agree to support my child's learning journey by ensuring engagement with Sapience for the suggested duration, recognizing the value of patience and sustained commitment to maximize long-term educational outcomes.

Refund Policy *

Refund and Chargeback Policy Thank you for choosing our services. At Sapience, we are committed to delivering exceptional quality and unparalleled customer experience. We understand that the transparency and clarity in our financial transactions play a crucial role in building and maintaining trust. Therefore, we have outlined our Refund and Chargeback Policy to ensure that our customers have a clear understanding of the terms and conditions governing refunds and chargebacks. No Refund Policy: We uphold a strict no-refund policy. All sales and transactions made with Sapience are final. We do not offer refunds for any services, products, or any other offerings unless otherwise explicitly stated by our team. Our customers are advised to carefully review their purchase before proceeding with the transaction, as we will not entertain any requests for refunds once the transaction is completed. Exceptional Circumstances for Refund: The only circumstance under which a refund may be considered is if our Sapience team explicitly acknowledges in writing that we refuse to or are unable to perform the service that the customer has signed up for and paid. In such cases, our team will evaluate the situation and communicate the decision regarding the refund to the customer. The final decision rests solely with the Sapience team, and their determination will be conclusive and binding. Prohibition of Chargebacks: Customers agree, acknowledge, and understand that under no circumstances are they permitted to file for a chargeback with their credit card company, bank, or any other financial institution. A chargeback occurs when a customer disputes a charge directly with their payment provider, bypassing our established channels for dispute resolution and refund requests. Consequences of Filing a Chargeback: In the event that a customer violates the terms of this policy by filing a chargeback: · The customer will be immediately held liable for any and all penalties, fees, and damages incurred by Sapience as a result of the chargeback. · The customer agrees to reimburse Sapience for any costs associated with the chargeback, including but not limited to legal fees, administrative costs, and loss of revenue. The customer will be subjected to a chargeback fee of up to $10,000. This fee is in place to cover the extensive resources, time, and effort required to address and resolve the chargeback dispute. Agreement to Terms: By engaging in any transaction with Sapience, the customer hereby agrees to all the terms and conditions outlined in this Refund and Chargeback Policy. The customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted these terms in their entirety, and agree to be bound by them. We appreciate your understanding and your commitment to respecting our policies. Our team at Sapience is always available to address any questions or concerns that you may have regarding this policy.

Online Signature *

I, the undersigned, hereby acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in The Sapience LLC's Service Agreement, available at https://thesapience.com/service-agreement/, and the Sapience Policy, available at https://thesapience.com/sapiencepolicy/. I understand that by agreeing to these documents, I am entering into a legally binding contract with The Sapience LLC and commit to adhere to the terms and conditions stipulated therein.
