How does the Unlimited Tutoring plan work?

Students can attend as many one-hour tutoring sessions as they need, 7 days a week, no scheduling required.

 Our tutors are highly qualified educators, subject-matter experts, and trained professionals who undergo Sapience’s specialized training to ensure effective and engaging instruction.

Our $79 a week Unlimited Tutoring Plan is week-to-week, with no long-term commitment. Cancel anytime, no questions asked, and the cancellation will take effect the upcoming week.

Billing occurs weekly. Your initial charge is processed upon sign-up, and after that, the weekly charge is processed every Saturday.

We cover Pre-K through 12th grade, including Math, Reading, Writing, Science, Social Studies, Homework Help, and Test Prep.

Each session is up to one hour. If additional time is needed, you can extend the session for $6 every 10 minutes.

No, scheduling is not required! Students can drop in at any time during open hours and receive tutoring support.

Our learning centers are open 7 days a week during the school year:
Monday–Friday: 3 PM – 8 PM
Saturday & Sunday: 9 AM – 2 PM

We do not offer 1-on-1 tutoring, but we do provide personalized learning experiences. Every student receives a custom learning plan based on
our Tri-Assessment and Parent Insight Report, ensuring they get the targeted support they need.

We have two learning centers:

Yes! When you refer a student to Sapience Tutoring they will receive 1 free week of our Unlimited Tutoring Subscription. When they enroll in our
Unlimited Subscription service, then, your child will receive 1 free week of our Unlimited Tutoring Subscription.

Every session is followed up by a Session Recap. These Session Recaps include information such as: what your student worked on, areas they may have struggled with and areas they are excelling in. Recaps include photos of any assignments worked on at the center, and recommendations for parents to help
their student at home as well.

All children are different and acclimate to High Dosage tutoring at different rates. You will start to see a difference in your child in as little as 2 weeks.

No! We do not offer any discounts.

A Tri-Assessment is not required to enroll your child in the Sapience Unlimited Subscription, or to attend Day Camps. However, with your Sapience
Future Path Membership your child will receive quarterly Tri-Assessments to monitor improvement.

Tutoring services are offered on a Subscription basis and sessions allow for students to receive help on homework assignments, tutoring for all subjects, and IXL enrichment. Tutoring during school days is offered from 3pm-8pm & on Weekends from 9am-2pm. Day Camp is only offered on non-school days (e.g. Staff Development, Spring Break, Winter Break, Summer Break). Day camp follows the Curriculum that can be found on our Day Camp webpage.

We do not provide lunch. Please provide your child with a lunch & any snacks for the day during all Day Camp dates. We do have water available for students.

Day Camp students begin at the age of 4, as long as they are 100% potty trained.

Sapience provides tutoring services for kids in grades K-12.

Yes. High Dosage Tutoring is especially beneficial for children who have IEPs.

Not at this time. You will enroll your child in either our Silverado Ranch Center OR our Summerlin Center. That is the center where they will receive tutoring services. However, you may register your student for Day Camp at any or both of our locations.

Day Camp learning groups have a 1:10 teacher to student ratio.

Sapience Unlimited Tutoring Subscription provides for smaller groups with a student to teacher ratio of 1:5.
